We ship free to every governorate in Egypt, and you pay on delivery. Each maker ships their pieces from their workshop straight to your door.
How your order reaches you

You order
On the website, with no account or sign-up — just your name, number and address.

We confirm
Within a day we call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and address.

The maker prepares and ships it
Ready-made pieces leave the workshop within two days; made-to-order pieces after the making time shown on their page. If you order from more than one maker, each ships their own pieces.

You receive and pay
The courier comes to your door, and you pay in cash after looking at the piece. Each delivery is paid on its own.

Shipping is free everywhere. These are typical times; some pieces show their own on their page:
Delivery time starts from the day the piece leaves the workshop.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when the piece arrives. You’re welcome to open the parcel and look at the piece before paying, and if you don’t like it, send it back with the courier.

Returns & exchanges

Ready-made pieces
Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is as it arrived and in its packaging.

Made-to-order pieces
These are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned — but if there’s any flaw, we repair or remake them.

Return shipping
If the piece is faulty or not as described, the return is on us. If you’ve changed your mind, you pay your governorate’s shipping fee.

How you’re refunded
Within 7 days of the piece reaching us, to a mobile wallet, InstaPay or bank transfer.
To return or exchange a piece, send us your order number and a photo of the piece on WhatsApp, and we’ll arrange for the courier to collect it.
